Common questions

What counts as a dental emergency?

Severe pain, swelling, a broken or knocked-out tooth, or bleeding that won’t stop. When in doubt, call us.

What should I do if a tooth is knocked out?

Pick it up by the crown (not the root), rinse it gently and try to put it back in the socket, or keep it in milk. Call us right away — time matters.

What if it’s after hours?

[After-hours instructions.] For severe swelling, trouble breathing or a serious injury, go to the nearest emergency room or call 911.

Do I need to be a current patient?

No. New patients with dental emergencies are welcome.

In pain? Call us now.

New patients are always welcome, and your first consultation is complimentary. Hablamos español.
